Is there a membership fee?

No, there is not a cost in joining the YP. Fill out the membership form to start receiving e-mail updates. There is something going on every month, and the events planned give everyone the opportunity to enjoy something that YP membership has to offer.

Are there any fees to participate in activities?

Yes, costs do come into play on occasion, but it is the goal of the YP to provide an opportunity for every member to participate. Through the support of the YP’s sponsors and the assistance of other event sponsors, activity costs are a less of a membership concern.

Many events provide complimentary appetizers thanks to our sponsors. Drinks, additional food or admission costs are your responsibility.

What can I attend?

The YP offers a variety of events to meet your needs. Exact dates are available on our calendar. You can select the events that interest you and fit within your schedule.

• Social hour events are planned the third Thursday of every month.
• Business After Hours, a function of the Wooster Chamber of Commerce, provides opportunities to meet with YP members and local business and community leaders.
• Community outreach and service projects are designed to meet member needs and interests.

Do I have to attend every meeting?

We understand the busy schedules young professionals have. Attend events when you can. There are no attendance requirements or committee obligations. Simply participate according to your interests and schedule.
